2  Hill Country Fare Frozen Flounder Fish Fillets

1  (8 ounce) package  Hill Country Fare Cooked Salad Shrimp, thawed

1  (6 ounce) can  crabmeat or H-E-B Great Catch Crabmeat

1  (7 ounce) container  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Onions & Green Peppers

1/2  cup  chopped cilantro or parsley

3/4  cup  H-E-B Texas Twists™ Roasted Salsa Vinaigrette


Place frozen flounder fillets in a microwave-safe baking dish. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave on High power for 6 minutes or untilfish fillets are flaky. Set aside and cool 5 minutes.

Combine flaked flounder, salad shrimp, crabmeat, chopped onion and peppers, cilantro or parsley, and salsa vinaigrette in a large mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and toss to coat ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
