1  (6 oz.) bag  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!™ Baby Spinach

2  Texas Rio Red Grapefruit, peeled and sectioned

3  slices red onion, rings separated

1  c.  shredded H-E-B Rotisserie Turkey Breast

2  Tbsp.  shelled pistachios or walnuts

½  pomegranate, skin and membrane removed

Pomegranate Poppy Seed Dressing:

¼  c.  pomegranate juice

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1  Tbsp.  Central Market® Organics Poppy Seeds

1  Tbsp.  H-E-B Lemon Honey

½  tsp.  H-E-B Dijon Mustard


Layer spinach, grapefruit, onion rings, turkey breast, and pistachios on a large salad platter. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Combine dressing ingredients in a salad cruet or a jar with tight-fi tting lid and shake well.

Drizzle dressing over salad and serve.
