![]() Instructions ![]() Thin slice cabbage with a sharp knife. Use Cocinaware Tower Grater to grate carrots.
![]() Combine cabbage, carrots and pico de gallo and set aside in the Cocinaware large bowl.
![]() Combine olive oil and lime juice in Cocinaware small bowl; stir well. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
![]() Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or more. Top salad with corn chips and toss before serving.
