50 to 60 minutes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans
2 unbaked pie shells
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir eggs, dark corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended.
Add in pecans (pecans rise to the top while baking).
Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool before serving.
