2 pounds uncooked ground beef sirloin
1 jar Texas Two-Step Chili
1 can (15 ounce) pinto or black beans, rinsed and drained (optional)
Brown beef 6 to 8 minutes in a large skillet over Medium-High heat; break beef into crumbles with edge of cooking spoon during browning.
Stir in chili; bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes over Medium heat stirring occasionally. Add beans, if desired. Stir and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve chili right from the cooking pot. Top individual servings with cheese, chips and pico de gallo or onions.
