![]() Instructions ![]() Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Shape ice cream into 1/2-cup balls and place in prepared dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
![]() Unwrap each ice cream ball and quickly roll in chopped pecans. Place in baking dish and freeze for 30 minutes or until frozen hard.
![]() Melt chocolate coating according to package directions in a small microwave-safe bowl (about 1 minute). Drizzle candy coating over each pecan-crusted ice cream ball. Cover with plastic wrap and keep frozen until ready to serve.
