1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. tuna steaks
2 tsp. Adams Reserve Asian Spice Rub
2 Tbsp. Cookwell & Company Teriyaki Glaze
1/2 c. scallions, chopped
2 Tbsp. sushi (pickled) ginger, chopped
Heat oil in sauté pan on Medium-High.
Coat both sides of tuna with rub.
Sear each side of tuna approximately 3 minutes for rare or 5 for medium-rare.
Remove from heat and add glaze.
Top with scallions and sushi ginger
