1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. Adam's Reserve Southwest Ancho Sear-N-Crust
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Basting Oil
1/4 c. H-E-B That Green Sauce
Preheat oven to 350°F. Rub chicken with Adam's Reserve Sear- N-Crust, and set aside 10 minutes.
Place chicken in oven-safe baking dish and drizzle with basting oil. Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 250°F. Cover chicken and bake an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature. Remove from oven and serve with a drizzle of H-E-B That Green Sauce.
