1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c. Global Palate Tangerine Miso Dressing & Marinade
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Asian Spice Rub
8 H-E-B Corn Tortillas
Bring a large nonstick skillet to Medium-High heat and coat with nonstick cooking spray. Add turkey, breaking up with a spatula and cooking 4-5 minutes until brown.
Add mushrooms and sauté 4 minutes, until mushrooms soften. Add marinade and Asian Spice Rub. Stir all ingredients and remove from heat.
Serve in a warm corn tortilla and enjoy!
