2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 lemon, juiced
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. H-E-B Kosher Salt
1 lb. Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
Combine yogurt and remaining seasonings in a large zipper bag.
Add chicken breasts and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray, then place chicken on pan.
Bake 40 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F.
