1 lb. lean ground turkey
1 Tbsp. low sodium taco seasoning
6 (12) oz. Mason Jars, with lids
1 (15) oz. (can) low sodium black beans, drained & rinsed
1 small tomato, diced
4 Tbsp. Italian vinaigrette
4 c. shredded lettuce
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. tortilla chips, crumbled
In a large non-stick pan cook turkey with taco seasoning, breaking up with a fork, until cooked through. Cool briefly.
Divide turkey evenly among Mason jars followed by black beans, tomatoes, Italian vinaigrette, lettuce and cheese. Top with crumbled tortillas.
Add lids and chill until ready to serve.
Shake right before serving.
