• non-stick cooking spray
1 lb. H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef
1 pkt. H-E-B Low-sodium Taco Seasoning
1 can (15 oz.) H-E-B No Salt Added Black Beans, drained & rinsed
8 H-E-B Taco Shells
1 c. H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 avocado, diced
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 c. romaine lettuce, shredded
Coat a skillet with non-stick spray and place over Medium heat. Cook beef until brown.
Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions. Set meat aside.
Meanwhile, heat beans in microwave.
Heat taco shells, if desired, in oven and fill each shell with 1/4 cup taco meat.
Place all toppings in separate bowls so each person can build their own taco. Serve beans on the side.
