2 to 2 1/2  pounds  boneless Pork Center Loin or Ribeye Chops, cut 1/2 -inch thick

1  cup  Cookwell & Company Garlic & Molasses Marinade

2  cups  Central Market Organics Chicken Broth

1  jar  Canyon Caramelized Onions plus 1 apple, finely chopped

1/3  cup  brown sugar, packed plus 1 tsp. Adams Reserve Chipotle Powder

1  Tablespoon  pecan cookie pieces (finely chopped pecans)

1 to 2  Tablespoons  Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Place pork in a large sealable plastic bag with marinade; toss bag to coat pork. Set aside 30 minutes to marinate.

Meanwhile, place broth, caramelized onions and apple in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil over Medium heat; cook 15 minutes or until liquid has reduced.

Combine brown sugar, pecans and chipotle powder in a shallow dish. Rub mixture over both sides of pork.

Heat a large skillet 3 minutes over Medium heat; add oil. Cook pork chops 3 minutes per side in 2 or 3 batches; don't crowd pork in skillet. Add more oil as needed. Serve pork with apple-onion mixture.
