Sweet & Sassy Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

4  4 cups  fresh broccoli, cut into small florets

6  slices  bacon, fried and crumbled

1/2  cup  chopped red onion

1/2  cup  sunflower seeds

1/2  cup  golden raisins

1/2  cup  mayonnaise or low-fat mayo

1/2  cup  plain or non-fat yogurt

1/4  cup  sugar

2  tablespoons  cider vinegar

Instructions


Combine broccoli, bacon, onion, sunflower seeds and raisins in a large salad bowl.

Set aside until ready to serve.

To make dressing, blend remaining ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl.

Add dressing to broccoli mixture and toss well just before serving
