1 can (29 oz.) Sugary sam sweet potatoes
1 can (14 oz.) Hill Country Fare sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. Hill Country Fare corn starch
1 box (18.25 oz.) Duncan hines moist deluxe spice cake mix
2/3 cup Melted butter
2 cups Hill Country Fare miniature marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350F.
Drain and place sweet potatoes in a large mixing bowl with condensed milk. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
Add pumpkin pie spice and corn starch to mixture and mix until combined.
In another mixing bowl combine cake mix, egg, and melted butter.
Mix into a dry batter. Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Press batter into pan, and pour sweet potato mixture over batter and smooth.
Bake for 15 minutes, and then add enough marshmallows to cover the top and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and place on a wire rack until cooled. Slice into 2 x 2-inch squares.NOTE: For added taste sprinkle with 1/2 cup of chopped pecans before baking
