2 to 3 sweet potatoes, peeled (about 2 lb.)
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Adam Reserve steak au poivre rub
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cut peeled potatoes into wedges. Place potatoes in a large bowl; toss with oil, seasoning and butter.
Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly crispy on the outside.
