1 box (15 oz.) Refrigerated pie crusts two 9-inch crusts per box
1 container (24 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Lean Beef Brisket with BBQ Sauce
1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Unroll pie crusts onto a clean surface.
Fill each crust with 1 cup of beef brisket and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Fold each pie crust over filling to make a half-moon shape.
With a fork, crimp pie crust edge to seal together.
Bake both super sized empanadas at the same time on a nonstick baking sheet until golden brown.
