![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. Wash and dry potatoes and bake in oven directly on the center oven rack for 45 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Cool potatoes for 15 minutes.
![]() Reduce oven temperature to 375F. Cut the baked potatoes lengthwise and cut each half crosswise. Scoop out the centers leaving 1/4-inch thick shells. Reserve the scooped center for another use.
![]() Place the potato shells, skin side down on the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top each potato skin evenly with Cheeze Whiz, bacon bits, sour cream and onions.
