1 to 1 1/2 pounds fresh Atlantic Salmon Fillets
2 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Teriyaki Ginger Sear ‘n Crust or Citrus Seafood Rub
2/3 c. Chef Dean Fearing Sun-Kissed Apricot Sauce or Orange Blossom Sauce,divided use
Heat oven to 450°F. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Place salmon on baking sheet, skin-sides down. Sprinkle rub over top. Place salmon in oven.
Bake 10 minutes; then remove salmon from oven and drizzle 1/3-cup sauce over top.
Return to oven and bake 5 more minutes. Remove from oven, top with remaining sauce and serve.
