Ingredients

1  pkg.  H-E-B Bake Shop Ciabatta or ready-to-bake french rolls

1  jar  Central Market Organics Basil Pesto

1  jar  H-E-B Roasted Red Pepper Tapenade

1  pkg. (8 - 10 oz.)  fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly

2  ripe tomatoes, sliced thinly

1  bag (5 oz.)  H-E-B Baby Spinach

1  small pkg. sliced  sliced prosciutto

Instructions


Split rolls in half, horizontally. Heat rolls briefly in a toaster oven.

Spread pesto and tapenade, alternately, over cut sides of each roll (pesto on top of half; tapenade over bottom half).

Fill sandwiches with cheese slices, tomatoes, baby spinach and prosciutto, if using. Serve warm or at room temperature.
