1 c. Central Market Organics Quick Cook Grains Bulgur & Red Quinoa, uncooked
1 large mango, diced
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
1 Haas Avocado, diced
1/2 c. sweet onion, grated
2 limes, juiced
Prepare bulgur and quinoa according to package directions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine grains, mango, and vegetables. Pour lime juice over salad and toss well to coat.
Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
