2 (6 ounces) bags Baby Spinach Leaves
1 quart (32 ounces) fresh strawberries
1/2 c. Azar Sliced Almonds
1/4 c. Monini Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1/4 c. Domino Sugar
1 tablespoon Each Morton & Bassett Poppy and Sesame Seeds
Cut and discard stems from strawberries. Wash strawberries and pat dry. Cut lengthwise into thin slices (from stem ends to tips).
Toss spinach and strawberries together in a large bowl.
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl; drizzle over salad and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with almonds and season salad to taste. Serve immediately.
