Makes:

8 - 10 servings

Ingredients

1  box  (6-oz) strawberry gelatin

2  cups  boiling water

1  carton  large frozen strawberries, thawed, undrained

1  can  (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

1  cup  mini-marshmallows

2  sliced bananas

1  (16-oz) container sour cream

Instructions


Add gelatin to boiling water, stir until dissolved and cool slightly.

Stir in strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows and bananas.

Pour half of mixture into decorative mold.

Refrigerate until set.

Keep other half of mixture at room temperature.

Spread sour cream over first layer when it is set.

Carefully pour remaining mixture over sour cream layer.

Refrigerate until set
