frozen sliced strawberries, thawed and drained

pecans, chopped
![]() Instructions ![]() Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two 8" loaf pans, set aside.
![]() Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients, add eggs and applesauce, and stir until moistened.
![]() Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake 60 minutes. Cool before slicing and serving.
