1 (10 oz) bag fresh spinach
1 (15 oz.) can stewed diced tomatoes
2 green onions, chopped
* salt and ground black pepper
Wash spinach; remove and discard stems.
Dry spinach with a towel or paper towels.
Chop green onions and set aside.
Heat stewed tomatoes in a 3-quart saucepan over Medium heat just to boiling.
Add spinach and green onions.
Stir and heat until spinach is wilted.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
