![]() Instructions ![]() Cut cabbage into 4 wedges, leaving core intact to hold wedges together.
![]() Steam cabbage 8 minutes, covered, on a rack over a small amount of rapidly boiling water.
![]() Melt butter in a small skillet over Medium heat.
![]() Cook 3 to 4 minutes until butter turns brown for a rich nutty flavor.
![]() Remove from heat immediately.
![]() Stir caraway seeds into butter.
![]() Drizzle over cabbage and serve
