6 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. each: McCormick Grinders Sea Salt and Black Pepper
4 Beef New York Strip Steaks (about 1 ½ pounds), cut ¾ or 1-inch thick
* Blue Cheese-Walnut Butter:
2 oz. blue cheese crumbles
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
¼ c. finely chopped toasted walnuts
Crush garlic into a small bowl. Add rosemary, oil, salt and pepper. Rub mixture over both sides of steaks. Set aside 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare charcoal fire or heat gas grill. Combine topping ingredients and refrigerate.
Grill steaks over Medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) 7 to 9 minutes per side or until internal temperature in center of steaks reaches 140°F for Medium-Rare or 150°F for Medium doneness.
Spread butter mixture over hot steaks and serve.
