1/2 cup Cup sliced almond
1/4 cup sugar
1 cntr. (14 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Mixed berries
1/3 cup Raspberry vinaigrette
1 bog (5 oz.) Spring mix salad greens
1/3 cup H-E-B italian asiago or H-E-B queso fresco
Heat a skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add sugar and almonds to hot skillet, reduce heat to medium-high and stir constantly until sugar melts and glazes almonds to a golden brown. Place glazed almonds on a sheet of foil to cool.
Place fruit and vinaigrette on bottom of salad bowl. Spread salad greens and cheese over fruit. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. Before serving, add glazed almonds and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
