6 H-E-B premium raspberry hibiscus tea bags
1 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® shallot sliced
2 Tablespoons H-E-B white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons H-E-B sugar
1 teaspoon H-E-B dijon mustard
1/3 cup H-E-B extra virgin olive oil
* Salt & pepper to taste
1 bag (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® spring mixed greens
2 slices H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® sliced red onion rings separated
2 large Fresh navel oranges, peeled thin sliced & halved
1/2 cup H-E-B crumbled feta cheese regular or reduced fat
1/2 cup toasted pecans
Combine 1/2 cup BOILING WATER and 6 H-E-B Premium Raspberry Hibiscus Tea Bags in a glass bowl and brew 5 minutes. Lift tea bags, squeeze tea bags over bowl and discard. Let concentrated tea cool.
Combine the cool tea, sliced shallots, vinegar, sugar and Dijon mustard in a blender or food processor bowl. Process the dressing and slowly add the olive oil. Season the dressing with salt and pepper if desired. Set dressing aside in a bowl.
