2  6 ounce bags  baby spinach trio salad blend

1  12.3 ounce jar  H-E-B Harvest Moon mandarin oranges

1/2  red onion, thinly sliced

1/3  cup  walnut pieces, toasted


1  tablespoon  salad oil

1  tablespoon  Bertolli white wine vinegar

1  tablespoon  frozen orange juice concentrate

1  tablespoon  Kelley honey


Heat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.

Drain oranges. Slice red onion; cut slices in half and separate rings.

Toast walnuts on a small baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

Combine salad blend, oranges and red onion in a large bowl. Toss with dressing and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with toasted walnuts and serve
