2 cups Of Dressing, 4 - 6 Dinner Salads
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 Tablespoon Celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon Ground mustard
1 cup Milks
1/3 cup Cider vinegar
1/4 cup Butter slightly beaten or equivalent of liquid egg substitute
2 Hard-boiled eggs chopped
3 strips H-E-B fully cooked bacon crumbled (if necessary microwave for 10 seconds to achieve crispness for crumbling.)
Place sugar, cornstarch, celery seeds, salt and ground mustard in a saucepan.
Gradually stir in milk and vinegar. Add butter.
Cook and stir over medium high heat until mixture comes to a boil.Stir for 1-2 minutes.
When is thick and bubbly, stir a small amount of hot milk mixtureinto beaten eggs.
Pour beaten eggs into milk mixture and stir to incorporate.
Stir in chopped boiled eggs and crumbled bacon.Serve immediately over fresh spinach leaves
