6 to 8  cups  fresh spinach, washed and removed stems

1  cup  cubed H-E-B muenster cheese

1  large tomato, sliced into wedges

2  hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced into wedges

1/2  small red onion

2  slices  H-E-B Peppercorn bacon, cooked and chopped


In a large bowl, combine spinach, cheese tomato and egg.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

Before serving, sprinkle with onions and bacon; toss to combine.

Serve with your favorite salad dressing
