1 French stix bread, cut into lenghtwise halves
1/3 cup mayonnaise: regular, low calorie or fat free
2 cups shredded jalapeno jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (6 ounces) pouch H-E-B Chunk Light Tuna
1 large tomato, sliced or chopped
Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray a large cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Spread mayonnaise or oil on each French bread half.
Layer with half of shredded cheese, onions and flaked tuna; season with tomato and remaining shredded cheese.
Place sandwich halves on prepared baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted golden and sandwich is thoroughly heated
