H-E-B Corn Tostadas, crushed

crumbled H-E-B Cotija Cheese

lime, cut into 8 thin wedges

![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 450°F. Line a baking pan with foil and place a grilling mesh on top. Spray grilling mesh with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
![]() Brush both sides of the tilapia fillets with Southwest marinade and press into crushed tostada crumbs. Place coated fillets on prepared grilling mesh. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon crumbled Cotija cheese on top of each fillet.
![]() Bake fillets for 12 minutes or until flaky in center. Serve fillets with a wedge of lime.
