Ingredients

1  (8 oz.) pkg.  spaghetti

1/4  c.  Szechuan stir fry sauce

1  tsp.  ground ginger

1  (32 oz.) pkg.  low sodium chicken broth

1  clove  garlic, minced

3/4  oz. (2 patties)  peeled & deveined shrimp

2  c.  Asian cabbage blend

1/2  c.  chopped cilantro

1  pkg. (4 oz.)  snow peas

1  bunch  green onions

Instructions


Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot combine Szechuan sauce, ginger, chicken broth, garlic and shrimp. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 3 minutes.

Add in remaining ingredients and cook an additional 4 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and serve.
