30 to 40 minutes
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 pound bulk sausage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 pound grated Cheddar Cheese
20 slices jalapenos

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Oil two medium loaf pans.
Defrost bread and let rise according to package directions.
Brown sausage in a skillet. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder; drain and blot with paper towels.
Divide bread dough in half. Roll each piece of bread dough with a rolling pin on floured surface. Sprinkle half of sauce over each piece of dough to within 1/2 inch of the edges.
Sprinkle cheese over meat. Place jalapeno slices on cheese if desired.
Roll up in cinnamon roll fashion. Fold ends under. Place in loaf pans. Brush with melted butter. Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake until bread is golden, 30 to 40 minutes.
Take bread out of oven, brush with melted butter. Let cool before cutting. Cut into 1 1/2 inch thick slices.
