2 Tablespoons Each: H-E-B red wine vinegar & extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Hill Country Fare fajita seasoning blend
1 package (8 oz.) H-E-B Fresher Lasting® avocado chunks sliced
1 can (15 oz.) Honey boy pink salmon, drained flaked with bones & skin removed
1 bag (5 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® spring mix
1 container (12 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® pico de gallo regular or mango
Combine the red wine vinegar, olive oil and fajita seasoning blend in a large salad bowl. Add the sliced avocado and toss gently in the dressing.
Layer the flaked salmon, pico de gallo and spring mix in over the avocado slices. Cover the salad with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve. Toss the salad before serving
