1 c. H-E-B Greek Yogurt
1 c. chopped mango
1 jalapeño, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
Combine yogurt, mango, jalapeño, salt, garlic, and paprika in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Place chicken breast and yogurt mixture in a zip top bag, seal, and turn to coat chicken. Chill 1 to 3 hours.
Preheat grill to Medium-High.
Remove chicken from marinade and lightly pat to remove excess marinade. Place on hot grill.
Grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches 165°F.
Remove from grill, slice, and serve.
