½  c.  Central Market Organics® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce

½  Central Market All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter

16  Hill Country Fare Frozen Chicken Tenders, thawed

16  metal or water-soaked bamboo skewers

16  green onions, each cut into 3 sections

Spaghetti and Green Beans:

1  (16 oz.) bag  Central Market Organics® Frozen Green Beans

½  (8 oz.) pkg.  Central Market Organics® Whole Wheat Spaghetti


Combine teriyaki sauce and peanut butter in a small bowl. Combine chicken tenders and ¾ cup of the sauce mixture in a zipper bag and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Thread skewers with chicken and onion and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cover the completed skewers with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F. Grill skewers for 4 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through (juices run clear).

Meanwhile, bring 3 quarts of water with 1 tablespoon salt to a boil over high heat. Add spaghetti and allow water to return to a boil. Cook for 4 minutes, add green beans, and continue to boil for 5 more minutes. Drain pasta and vegetables and toss with the remaining ¼ cup of sauce. Serve the kabobs over pasta and green beans.
