Spicy Grilled Calamari Steaks

1   Tbsp.  ground cumin

2   Tbsp.  paprika

2   Tbsp.  cayenne

1/4   c.  lemon juice

1/2   tsp.  salt

1   Tbsp.  pepper

2   tsp.  garlic, minced

3   Tbsp.  butter, melted

4   (5 oz.)  calamari steaks


Heat grill to Medium-High.

Place cumin, paprika, cayenne, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, and butter in a zip-top bag.

Add calamari steaks, seal bag and turn to coat steaks well. Marinate 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Drain marinade and place steaks on hot grill (avoid bringing into contact with flame). Grill 5 minutes or until done.
