2 (9.9 ounce) jars H-E-B Harvest moon™ Whole Mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup H-E-B Fresh Garlic Italian Dressing
2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 loaf H-E-B French Stick Bread, thin sliced
Combine mushrooms, garlic Italian dressing, basil, crushed red pepper, and whit ewine in a large zippered bag. Close bag and toss to coat mushrooms. Marinate mushrooms in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
Heat a skillet over High heat for 3 minutes. Add the marinated mushrooms and marinade and stir fry for 4 to 5 minutes over High heat until mushrooms are tender.
Serve in a bowl with the juice and sliced French Stick bread for dipping
