3 to 4 minutes
1 pound peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1/4 pound butter
* Chef Geoffrey Michael's Caliente Seasoning
4 to 6 flour OR corn tortillas
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 c. onions, chopped
* shredded sharp cheddar cheese or jalapeno jack cheese
Coat shrimp liberally with Caliente seasoning and sauté in butter 3 to 4 minutes, turning often, over medium high heat.
Heat tortillas, fill with shrimp and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
