*Chef Geoffrey Michael's Caliente Seasoning
4 to 6flour OR corn tortillas
*shredded sharp cheddar cheese or jalapeno jack cheese
Coat shrimp liberally with Caliente seasoning and sauté in butter 3 to 4 minutes, turning often, over medium high heat.
Heat tortillas, fill with shrimp and top with lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
