1 avocado, peeled, seed removed, and sliced
1 12 ounce jar H-E-B Harvest Moon Spanish loquats, drained and sliced
1 10 ounce bag European mixed salad greens
1/4 sliced red onion, separated into rings
1/2 cup crumbled H-E-B queso fresco
1/4 cup raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing, regular or fat free
Layer avocado slices, H-E-B Harvest Moon loquats, salad greens, onion and queso fresco in a large salad bowl.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more. Before serving add raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing and lightly toss salad.
