1  (26 oz.) jar  H-E-B Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

1  (12 oz.) jar  H-E-B Harvest Moon Sliced Mushrooms

26  H-E-B Italian Seasoned Meat Balls, thawed

1  (6 oz.) pkg.  shredded H-E-B Italian Romano Cheese

1  (16 oz.) pkg.  H-E-B Thin Spaghetti

1  (16 oz.) bag  Hill Country Fare Fancy Frozen Mediterranean Vegetables


Heat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13-inch microwave safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine pasta sauce, mushrooms with liquid, thawed meatballs, cheese and 1/2 cup water in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 8 minutes add the frozen vegetables and cook for 4 more minutes. Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce ingredients in bowl. Toss to combine. Evenly fill the prepared baking dish with spaghetti casserole.

Cover casserole with plastic wrap and heat in microwave oven on High power for 6 minutes. Remove plastic wrap and bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden
