1 pkg. (10 oz.) Cacique Soy Chorizo Vegetarian Soy Sausage
1 c. black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. H-E-B Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. H-E-B Real Egg
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 c. cilantro, roughly chopped
1 tomato, sliced
1 pkg. H-E-B Bake Shop Thin Rounds
Place a sheet of foil over the grates of the grill and preheat grill to Medium-High.
Combine soy chorizo, black beans, and bread crumbs in a food processor and pulse 5 to 6 times briefly until beans are roughly chopped. Do not puree, because burgers will not hold together.
Gently fold in egg substitute. Divide mixture into 4 equal patties.
Place burgers on foil-lined grill gates and cook 4 minutes per side. Remove from grill and build burgers using remaining ingredients.
