Ingredients

2  tsp.  southwestern seasoning

1  (4 lb.)  boneless, skinless turkey breast

2  c.  onion, chopped

1  -  lime

1  -  poblano pepper

2  cloves  garlic, minced

1/2  c.  low sodium chicken broth

Instructions


Sprinkle southwestern seasoning on all sides of turkey breast. Place in slow cooker.

Add remaining ingredients, cover, and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.

Remove turkey breast and cool 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
