2 ½ lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes
½ jar Texas on the Plate Adobo Sauce
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Chipotle Powder
4 oz. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
Quarter potatoes and place in a 3-quart pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil over High heat. Reduce heat to Medium; cook potatoes at a gentle rolling boil 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain well and return potatoes to cooking pot.
Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a pot over Medium Low heat and let melt. Pour mixture into cooked potatoes and mash until smooth.
