4  burrito-sized tortillas or sandwich wraps, variety of your choice

3 - 4  c.  H-E-B Fully Cooked Herb Seasoned Shredded Chicken

1/2  c.  Mezzetta Jalapeño Sandwich Spread

1/2  c.  reduced-fat mayonnaise

1  tub (9 oz.)  diced tomatoes

1  bag (5 oz.)  H-E-B Baby Spinach & Spring Mix


Place tortillas or wraps in a clean towel and microwave briefly until they are pliable. In the meantime, toss chicken with jalapeño spread and mayonnaise.

Spread tortillas out over a clean work surface. Spoon mixture into center of tortillas, divided evenly. Top with tomatoes and spinach. Spoon sour cream over top, if desired.

Fold edges of tortillas in at opposite sides; then pull up edge closest to you and roll up tightly to make a wrap. Secure with a toothpick and serve.
