Ingredients

8  oz.  HEB Gluten Free Penne Pasta, cooked

2  -  boneless skinless chicken breast

1  tsp.  cajun seasoning

1  Tbsp.  olive oil

1  -  bell pepper, cut into strips

1  -  jalapeno, chopped

1  c.  mushrooms, sliced

1  c.  onion, chopped

1/4  c.  heavy cream

1/2  c.  chicken broth

Instructions


Season chicken with Cajun seasoning.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for 7 minutes per side. Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest.

Place a a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in oil and tilt to coat.

Add in the veggies and saut? for several minutes. Add in the chicken and continue to cook another two minutes.

Stir in cream and stock. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat and serve over pasta.
