1 lb. sirloin tip steak, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. H-E-B Unsalted Butter
1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced
1 c. portobello mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced
1/2 c. H-E-B Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
Bring large non-stick skillet to Medium heat. Season steaks with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Cook 8 minutes on each side. When steaks are done, transfer to a clean plate.
Reduce skillet to Low heat and add butter.
Sauté onions and mushrooms 3-5 minutes. Add beef broth and season with remaining salt. Return steaks to skillet.
Coat steaks in sauce and smother with mushrooms and onions before serving.
